How do I place an order?

To place an order on a Shopify store, customers navigate to the store's website, add desired products to their cart, proceed to checkout, enter their shipping information, choose a payment method, and finalize the purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

Pay online using a credit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay.

How do I track my order?

To track a Shopify order, you'll typically receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link.You can also log into your Shopify account and navigate to the "Orders" tab to find the order and its tracking details.

What if the item I want is out of stock? 

If the product is not permanently discontinued, it might be restocked soon. You can check for updates on the store's website or through social media channels. 

Customers are also able to sign up for email alerts that notify them when a product is back in stock.
